A ‘GPT builder’ option may soon be available to ChatGPT subscribers

Pictures and videos not supposed to be shown have revealed a new tool. This tool helps people make and handle chatbots for OpenAI’s ChatGPT subscription plan.

As OpenAI gets ready for its first developer conference, there’s been a big leak about a ChatGPT update. Reportedly, leaked pictures and videos reveal a new custom chatbot creator. This creator has similar features to ChatGPT that uses GPT-4, such as web browsing and data analysis. OpenAI is also said to be introducing a marketplace. In this marketplace, users can share their chatbots or explore ones created by others.

Choi shared a summary of these updates a few days ago. Today, a developer named Tibor Blaho shared a video of the new feature in action. In the video, there’s a tool called GPT Builder. It allows users to type a request, like “make a creative who helps generate visuals for new products,” and creates a chatbot based on that request.

In the “Create” section, users can pick the language, tone, and writing style for their chatbot. In the “Configure” tab, there are fields to name the bot, describe it, and give specific instructions on what it should or shouldn’t do. Users can upload files to create a personalized knowledgebase and control features like web browsing and image generation. Additionally, there’s an option to add custom actions to the chatbot.

Finally, besides the configuration settings, there’s a “Preview pane” with a box where users can test the chatbot while editing it. Braho shared a detailed explanation of the GPT Builder in a LinkedIn post as well.

Apart from the new Gizmo tool, Choi states that OpenAI intends to launch an enterprise subscription plan called “Team.” This plan offers both “Flexible” and “Annual” options. Choi shared a screenshot detailing the Team plan, which includes features like unlimited high-speed GPT-4 and four times longer context. According to the screenshot, the plan is priced at $25 per user per month. Choi mentioned that the non-annual option will cost $30 per month, and both plans require a minimum of three users.
