‘Call of Duty MW3’ release date – and why its zombies are causing trouble

Anyway, it’s a good idea to start pre-loading the game now. The reported file size is said to be over 200GB on consoles, according to IGN. Call of Duty has been dealing with this issue for a few years, partly due to the addition of the Warzone battle royale mode, but this time, it’s the biggest it has ever been. According to the official COD Twitter account, you can attribute this large size to the new open-world Zombies Mode.

It’s important to mention that the “final installation size” will be smaller than the reported size, for whatever that’s worth. The post also suggests that you can uninstall parts of the game you’re not actively playing. So, once you finish the campaign, you can remove it to save some hard drive space.
